General Terms

The following terms and conditions apply to all clients who have acquired services (Website Design, Software Development, Search Engine Optimization, Graphic Design and Social Media marketing) from Techwiz. These terms apply from the day of the contract.

Intellectual Property

• The company owns the right to all of its intellectual property
• Without our consent, no one can modify, repost, or exploit the content.
• The client will be given a non-transferable license for the services availed for business use.

All of the information presented on our website is protected by numerous copyright and intellectual laws. The ownership of the website information belongs to the company and should not be used by any third party without our consent. The client will be granted with non-transferable license for the services availed by the company which can be further used for their business use.

Return & Refund

Techwiz strives to provide its clients with high-quality services backed up by top-notch customer services due to which we are strict with our refund and return policies. Each of our services is offered as per your needs and we do not guarantee a specific timeframe. However, in case you are dissatisfied with the quality of the work, we will agree to a partial refund based on the date of services acquired. However, no refunds will be offered in the initial or development phase of the services. In some exceptional cases we might also consider the refund policy but only after a detailed evaluation of the services. Project Acceptance

A project is considered confirmed only after the agreed advance payment has been received by TechWiz. The advance payment reserves development resources and initiates project planning and execution. All quotations and proposals remain valid for the period specified in the quotation unless otherwise stated.

Go-Live Policy for Projects

The final payment must be collected in full before the finished website, application, software, or digital product can be made live, transferred, or made available for public use. Any testing or demonstration submitted prior to final payment is not considered project delivery; rather, it is merely taken into consideration for review purposes.

Project Termination Owing to Non-Payment

TechWiz retains the following rights if the outstanding project amount is not paid within three (3) months of the scheduled payment deadline:

• Put a stop to all ongoing work.
• Put an end to the project right now.
• Eliminate any staging or temporary hosting environments.
• After a fair amount of time, archive or permanently remove project files.
• Transfer development resources to other initiatives.

Any further work on the project will be considered a new engagement and may call for an updated price.

Terms of Payment

• The agreed-upon payment schedule must be followed by the client.
• Before the project is delivered or implemented, all unpaid invoices must be settled.
• If planned payments are not made on time, TechWiz has the right to halt work.
• Unless otherwise specified in writing, the customer is responsible for payment gateway costs, platform costs and other third-party fees (where applicable).

Transfer of Ownership

While payment is still pending, ownership of the website, hosting credentials, source code, administrator access, domain management rights, and any associated digital assets cannot be transferred.

Only after the following will ownership be transferred:

• Complete clearance of the payment.
• Fulfillment of contractual duties.
• Payment of any further agreed-upon fees.

Client Responsibilities

The customer consents to:

• Provide the precise information, pictures, branding materials, and content needed for development.
• Examine the work that has been submitted in a timely manner.
• Give prompt approvals and comments.
• Make sure that no third-party rights are violated and that all provided content conforms with applicable laws.

If necessary information or clearances are delayed, project schedules may be prolonged.

Project Delays

TechWiz shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from:

• Late client feedback.
• Delayed content submission.
• Changes in project requirements.
• Third-party service interruptions.
• Government restrictions or other unplanned events.

Domain, Hosting & Renewal

Where TechWiz manages domain registration or hosting services:

• Renewal notices will be provided before expiry wherever reasonably possible.
• The client is responsible for ensuring timely payment of renewal invoices.
• Failure to make renewal payments before the due date may result in service suspension, domain expiration, data loss, or additional recovery charges.
• Renewal prices may increase if payment is delayed beyond the due date due to changes in registrar, hosting provider, or service provider pricing.

TechWiz shall not be responsible for losses resulting from delayed renewal payments.

Portfolio Rights

Unless restricted by a written confidentiality agreement, TechWiz reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, website, presentations, social media platforms, and marketing materials for promotional purposes.

Acceptance

By making payment, signing a quotation, approving a proposal, or engaging TechWiz to perform services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms form an integral part of every project undertaken by TechWiz unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
